A teaching collection arrow that has been used for years here for demo and display, now retired as non functional, due to a hairline crack along the main shaft of reed. That crack has been filled in and colored, so as to avoid notice, but no longer shootable(shown in pictures above). This arrrow replicates an original ethnographic Apache example in the University of Missouri Museum, in Colombia, MS(Grayson Collection). The main shaft was made in reed shaft, and foreshafted with grey chert point, all lashed in deer sinew and hide glue. The total length is 34 and a half inches.
