This top grade example of a Holland was recently cast from the authentic original, which is considered to be one of the best known examples of this rare type. Holland points date to the very early Archaic/Transitional Paleo Period(around 9 to 10,000 years ago) and are viewed as being related to the more famous Dalton points. Hollands were first named by Gregory Perino, after a cache found by Warren Holland in Henry County, Iowa. This cream colored flint example was found in Hoxie, Arkansas(ex. C.B. Webb collection) and measures 3 and 1/2 inches by 1 and 3/16th inches.  (COA Tom Davis)
