Customers can return items for the full price of the item plus the original shipping cost paid by the customer.   If the item was damaged in shipping, or the items was misrepresented in any way, the items can be returned and all costs including return shipping will be covered by Occpaleo.   

All items are tracked as soon as they are entered in the Postal system.   Once an order has been tracked as SENT at the Post, Occpaleo is not responsible for items lost in transportation by the Postal Service.
