A set of 3 cuts of Osage Orange wood, that would be suitable for traditional knife handles.  These would work for flint knives or modern steel knives, and could also be cut along axis and thick enough to make 2 knife scales per piece.  These have been seasoned for over a year indoors, and have no cracks or problems.
